2024 was another stunner and 2025 is set to be even bigger and busier!!!

We will never stop saying this because honestly the feeling never changes. It is so surreal being able to do what we do - getting to play in the venues we have in the last year, working with so many talented and lovely crew capable of putting on the best shows we can imagine, alongside getting to hang with and play shows alongside some of the best tribute bands out there!

Particular 2024 highlights included our first show in Brighton since we played to Royal Blood themselves back in 2018 at The Haunt! This time, we were at Concorde 2 alongside Arctic Numpties. Both bands' first time at the venue and we sold it out!! We also had Paul on lights for us, who had sat in working with Royal Blood when they had played an intimate album launch show at the same venue 8 months prior.

In a similar vein, when we played at O2 Academy Bournemouth in November last year, our FOH engineer that night had attended Royal Blood's show at that venue 5 months prior and had taken some notes on how Royal Blood are mixed live a little differently to a lot of other bands from watching their crew working, so when he passed this technical feedback onto us during our soundcheck, we were blown away by the subtle but noticeable step up he achieved with our live sound and these are tips that we've carried forward with us for all FOH engineers we've subsequently worked with!

We want to thank Mike and Ben from Royal Blood for their continued support. We are constantly fine tuning what we do, striving to deliver our best tribute to them every show and it's been amazing to talk to so many new faces in the crowd over the past year who had never heard of Royal Blood before, but then become dedicated fans afterwards, as we see them either pop up at another show of ours or better still, in the crowd at a Royal Blood show! Obviously we cannot avoid the bias in this statement, but seeing Royal Blood live really is one of the best live shows out there, which was reaffirmed to us this year when we went to watch them play at O2 Academy Brixton - it looked and sounded absolutely phenomenal. Also, it was so great to catch up with them briefly in Brighton back in August and this time my parents got to meet them too!

Another thanks goes to our manager Andrew Kesby. Constantly working with us in the background and as big of a Royal Blood fan as us both. We wouldn't be playing these shows without his efforts over the past 4 years.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who has come down to a show in the past year - hopefully it gave you the Royal Blood bug and for those of you who haven't seen them live before, you'll be booking tickets for their next UK tour! Additionally, we hope to see you again at one of our tribute shows in 2025! We've got more shows still in the pipeline but even for now, it's already our biggest year yet!
