We're super excited to now be able to bring the full live sound of Royal Blood to our future shows, thanks to the addition of Megan and Sarah singing backing vocals! Debuting at shows in August, come and see the 4 of us in Nottingham, Wrexham and our first hometown show of the year in Maidstone.
First of all, thank you so much to everyone who came to watch us. Also the biggest thanks of all to our support bands Dove House and One Eyed Jacks who were absolutely spot on - I cannot recommend enough that you go and see both these bands play live if you get the chance! Also Liam, Andy, Sam, Monika and the others working at Haunt Live last night who were super helpful and professional. Final thanks to Mike, Ben, John and the rest of the Royal Blood crew for coming down to watch, really appreciate the support and the decent conversations had after the show!
Our 2018 calendar is shaping up nicely and we have been surprised by the interest in booking us for wedding and birthday parties. This is something we're available for, so if you're interested in booking us for your private event, send us a message on our contact page!
Unbelievably, Rob won one of 14 pairs of passes to see Royal Blood in a performance/interview session at Radio X, so off we went to Leicester Square to Global Radio yesterday. As it turns out when we briefly spoke to them, Royal Blood already knew who we are and said they've sat down to watch our videos before and were impressed! Such an unbelievable and surprising complement from them. Couldn't have been much of a better day yesterday, thanks a lot to Mike and Ben for their feedback and for answering our unusual questions so comprehensively!
Off the back of our show with them on the Isle of Wight, we've invited Something For Nothing to join us for another double headline show in Maidstone at The Rafters. Can't wait to play alongside these guys again!
Next week we're heading to the Isle of Wight to reprise the 2015 tour of Foo Fighters with Royal Blood. It's going to be surreal as Rob saw both bands at MK Bowl on that tour, so to say we're excited about this is an understatement!
We have our first show outside of Kent coming up and it's a good one! Tribfest is arguably the world's biggest tribute festival, taking place at Sledmere House in East Yorkshire. Gonna be a mega weekend full of some of the world's best tribute acts, can't wait!
